It is located at Hongkong Island where most of the tourist attractions are located and easily accessible via the Sheung Wan MTR line. The bus stop and tram line are located in front of the Residence and the nearby Western Market that we took to travel to Mid-level, Causeway Bay and Wan Chai for the night scene since the area at the Residence is very quiet at nightfall. The Macau ferry terminal is just across the residence that makes our day trip to Macau with ease. The local food eateries, and supermarket are within walking distance. The awesome harbour view from the room makes a welcoming sight upon returning to the room. We like that there is a washing machine and clothes drying rack to hang the laundry thus, clothes dry faster. We stayed on the 32rd floor of the 1 bedroom for 4 ladies which was rather tight although the sofa bed was big enough for 2 petite ladies. The staff from front office, housekeeping and security were very helpful and always greeted us with a warm smile. Thank you for your hospitality.

When I asked for a bed to be changed back to a sofa on the night when I checked in, the service was very efficient although it was quite late. The lady/amah was very nice. The service was effective and efficient. I was given some other cooking utensils when requested. Thank you.

Location is very good. Ding ding tram stop is Infront of hotel, as well as city bus stop. Mtr sheung wan is just 5 min walk. Also very near to circle k and wellcome supermarket. The view of our room is harbour view, and at 30th floor is very nice. The room is also pretty good for our family of 5. 1 queen size bed with queen sofa bed. There is a pantry with microwave and a washer dryer. And again, the highlight is the location. I love staying at sheung wan. In the city but not as crowded as central or causewaybay.

Close to MTR, bus, taxi, trams and Macau ferry terminal. Great view of the harbour. Rooms were comfortable and had washer/ dryer and stove and microwave. Bakery close by and Shun Tak Centre for groceries 7/11, KFC, McDonald's. Staff were friendly and room was made up regularly.

Location was convenient. Right in front was the ding ding tram. MTR was also a short walk away. Just note, lift is only available at Exit E of Sheung Wan station. Still within walking distance. There is a great dim sum place, lin heung kui just a walk away. The room itself was spacious and great water view. We had the sofa bed set up and still lots of space. There is a ferry terminal nearby which goes to Macau. Great place if you want to explore things on Hong Kong island such as Peak Tram, Ocean Park, Wan Chai etc... we left our luggage with the lobby staff after check out & could do more sightseeing
